Where do we store your data:

Kusiner APS is committed to protecting your privacy. All informations provided by you and via our website are gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your payment information and is not collected by us.

Access to your data:

Your data may be shared within Kusiner. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside Kusiner

Legal ground for processing:

For every specific processing of personal data we collect from you we will inform you whether the provision of personal data is statutory or required to enter a contract and whether it is an obligation to provide the personal data and possible consequences if you choose not to.

Your rights:

Right to access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact Kusiner that will provide you with your personal data via e-mail.

Right to portability:
Whenever Kusiner process your personal data based on your consent or agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your data. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.

Right to rectification:
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

Right to erasure:
You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Kusiner at any time except for the following situations:
*you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped.

*you have an unsettled debt with Kusiner, regardless of the payment method.

*your credit application has been rejected within the last three months.

*if you have made any purchases, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transactions for the matter of book keeping.

Accounting:

We must save all accounting documents due to the Danish Book keeping Law. This means that we store invoices and similar attachments for accounting purposes. This may include general personal data such as name, address, service description. According the Danish Personal Data law you always have the right to the knowledge about which information is kept.

We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the current financial year has ended
